I’ve tried so many of Helen’s dishes and they’re all terrific – each one I try is my “new” favorite!  And, what I really love about Helen’s meals is the variety!  Itallian, German, Chinese, Mid-eastern, French and so much more – plus lots of good ol’ traditional favorites.  Absolutely delicious.  Thank you, Gourmet Girlfriend!

Helen has been cooking for my wife and I for the past 7 years.  I am a good cook but, I’m a busy professional.  After a long day at work, all I have to do is heat up our meals.  The best part is they are delicious and low in fat and calories.  In the mornings I love to grab one of her blueberry scones before I jump on BART.   Helen makes it easy for us to stick to our diets too.
