With all of my services; I’ll do all the shopping, create your menu, supply you with containers to hold your meals, as well as storing and heating instructions.  When I am done, I take out the trash and clean your kitchen.

Personal Chef   I’ll come into your kitchen and prepare your meals for you.  You do not need to be at home.  Later you will open your fridge and/or freezer and find your meals ready to be heated.

Private Coaching   I’ll come into your kitchen and help you prepare some meals.  I’ll give you tips, and teach you some techniques.  You’ll learn about cooking and facts about different kinds of foods.

Cooking Parties You and some of your friends cook a meal together.  When you are finished cooking, you relax and enjoy your delicious creations.  Or I’ll label them for you to take home.  You can eat it that night or pop it into your fridge or freezer to enjoy later.
