Wednesday, April 27th, 11am-12:30pm at Foster City Recreation Center Lagoon Room (650 Shell Blvd., Foster City) Bring your parent or older friend to come learn about easy ways to eat fresh and healthy! Local chef, Helen Gruener, will be putting on a lively demonstration with nutrition tips to help older adults make easy, delicious, and healthy meals. |
